ESI is announcing the completion of its acquisition by Shenzhen Bauzer Investment Group Co Ltd., a company with extensive business operations in China.

ESI will continue in Toronto its operations in the development of robotic technology for Mobile Robots, Robot Arms, Custom Robotics, Medical Robotics and Personal Robotics. The buyer expects to invest a total of US$300 million for business acquisition, continuing R&D and marketing.
